PROBLEM

Unorganized menu items with unclear classifications create a suboptimal user experience

Inconsistent menu icons and poor structure make it difficult for users to find essential features, such as attendance

SOLUTION

Create a clearer structure and redesign the homepage, including organizing architectural information, top navigation bar, class schedule cards, application features, and redesigning the bottom navigation bar

Create an icon set (icon-pax) following Material Design guidelines, using a two-tone style, with a 24dp x 24dp live area, and 2dp of padding surrounding the live area

There are no clear instructions on what username and password should be entered in the login input field

There is no assistance for users who are confused and unable to log in

SOLUTION

There is an option to go back to the Guest Page

Help menu to contact Customer Service for users who encounter difficulties while logging in

Greetings and an explanation that the login uses the same username and password as i-Gracias Telkom University

Error cases, such as when the username is not registered, the password is invalid, or the password is incorrect

The message displayed is too long, making it difficult for users to focus on reading the message category

SOLUTION

Indicators for unread and read messages, along with a message structure that includes Date & Time, Target, Title, and Message Body

Detail Page so users can focus on reading the message more clearly
